Phil Walker brings over 25 years of experience as a CEO and finance professional to the real estate industry. Originally from Liverpool, England, he has called San Diego home since 2008. As the founder of Bathgate Business Finance in the UK and Silverlink Funding in San Diego, Phil has helped business owners and real estate investors secure capital to grow and succeed. His financial expertise, strategic mindset, and negotiation skills give his clients a competitive edge in real estate transactions.
Partnering with his wife, Theresa, to form OCTAGON Real Estate was a natural transition, blending his financial acumen with her extensive real estate experience. Together, they provide a comprehensive, results-driven approach to buying, selling, and investing in San Diego real estate.
When he’s not working with clients, Phil enjoys playing golf as a member of The Farms and Royal Liverpool Golf Clubs and cheering on Liverpool FC.
