With more than 25 years of experience as a CEO and finance professional, Phil Walker brings a sharp business mind and a steady hand to every real estate deal. Originally from Liverpool, England, Phil made San Diego home in 2008 after building a successful career in the UK, where he founded Bathgate Business Finance. He later launched Silverlink Funding in San Diego, helping business owners and real estate investors secure the capital they needed to grow.
Real estate was a natural next chapter. Partnering with his wife, Theresa, to form OCTAGON Real Estate allowed him to combine his financial expertise with her deep knowledge of the San Diego market. Together, they offer a smart, strategic, and highly personalized experience for buyers, sellers, and investors—especially in the luxury space.
Phil’s clients value his ability to analyze the big picture, navigate complex transactions, and negotiate with confidence. He’s the numbers guy who also knows how to listen—and deliver.
Outside of real estate, Phil’s usually on the golf course—he’s a proud member of both The Farms and Royal Liverpool Golf Clubs—or watching Liverpool FC (with a pint, if it’s a good day).
