Originally hailing from Liverpool, England, I have proudly called San Diego my home since 2008. With a robust background spanning 25 years as a CEO and Finance Professional, my journey led me to establish Bathgate Business Finance in the UK and later Silverlink Funding in San Diego. Throughout my career, I've been dedicated to assisting business and real estate owners in securing the capital they need to thrive and expand.

The natural evolution of my professional path led me to partner with Theresa in creating OCTAGON Real Estate. This strategic collaboration allows us to seamlessly integrate my extensive finance and business expertise with Theresa's impressive 21+ years of real estate experience, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and support.

I am a proud alumnus of the University of Essex, where I earned my BA in Economics, and Manchester Business School, where I attained my MBA.

Beyond the realm of business, my roots in Liverpool have cultivated a deep passion for football (still not quite learnt to call it soccer), making me an unwavering fan of Liverpool FC. Additionally, I find great joy in the sport of golf and consider myself fortunate to be a member of both The Farms and Royal Liverpool Golf Clubs.
